|a لقد أصبحت حماية البيئة من المتطلبات الأساسية في السنوات الأخيرة، وقد اهتم التشريع الجزائري كغيره من التشريعات المقارنة بالنص على دور الفاعل الجمعوي في هذا المجال، سواء من خلال دسترة الحق في المعلومة والحق في بيئة سليمة في دستور 2020، أو من خلال قانون رقم 03_10 المتعلق بالمحافظة على بالبيئة من قبيل؛ الدور الاستشاري والتشاوري، الدور التحسيسي والإعلامي، عضوية الهيئات العمومية، وأخيراً الدور القضائي كأداة فعالة لحماية البيئة، وعليه تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في الأدوار التي يضطلع بها المجتمع المدني في هندسة ونشر قيم المواطنة البيئية بالشكل الذي يؤدي إلى إنتاج سلوكات محافظة على البيئة في الجزائر.
|b Environmental protection has become the basic requirements In the last years, so Algerian legislation, like other similar legislations, has worked to clarify the role of the associative actor in this field, Whether though the constitution of 2020, the right to information and the right to a healthy environment, or through law No 03/10 on the environment, in this sense namely: the role of advisory and consultation, the role of awareness and information, membership in public organizations, and finally the legal role as an effective instrument in the protection of the environment. The objective of this research is to study the role of the civil society in the diffusion of the values of environmental citizenship, in order to produce behaviors which, protect the environment in Algeria.
