|a هذا البحث له أهداف أهمها دراسة اختيارات الإمام الطبري في التفسير التي لها أثر في حكم الوقف والابتداء جوازا ومنعا، وهي تسعة عشر اختيارا، وبيان أثرها في حكم الوقف، وذكر علل الأحكام المترتبة على هذه الاختيارات؛ وهو ما أغفله علماء الوقف الذين أشاروا إلى هذه الأحكام. وقد اتبعت المنهج الاستقرائي التام والمنهج التحليلي، وراعيت في المعالجة تقسيم المبحث إلى مطالب كل منها تحت عنوان جامع المقصده، ثم ذكر الأوجه التفسيرية، يلي ذلك ذكر اختيار الطبري، والكشف عن الوجه الراجح، ثم أذكر أثر هذا الاختيار في حكم الوقف، مع التعليل لهذا الحكم وغيره مما هو مترتب على الأقوال الأخرى، وبيان الرأي الراجح غالبا. وكان من أهم نتائج هذا البحث أن اختيارات الطبري في التفسير منها ما له أثر بين في حكم الوقف جوازا ومنعا، وبيان هذا الأثر يبرز العلاقة الوثيقة بين علم التفسير وعلم الوقف، كما تبين أن الطبري لم يذكر لنا أحكام الوقف المترتبة على اختياراته، وأيضا اتضح أن علماء الوقف لم يعللوا للأحكام المترتبة على هذه الاختيارات، وهذا غالب حالهم في ذكرهم لأحكام الوقف والابتداء. ويوصي هذا البحث بإفراد اختيارات الطبري في الإعراب وبيان أثرها في حكم الوقف والابتداء.
|b This research has the most important objectives: studying the choices of Imam al-Tabari in the interpretation that have an impact on the rule of endowment and the beginning of permissibility and prohibition, which are nineteen choices, and the statement of their impact on the rule of endowment, and mention the reasons for the provisions resulting from these choices, which was overlooked by the scholars of the endowment who referred to these provisions. And has followed the full inductive approach, and analytical approach, and took into account in the treatment of the division of the subject to the demands of each under the title of the whole of his purpose, then mention the interpretive aspects, followed by the mention of the choice of Tabari, and the disclosure of the most likely face, and then mention the impact of this choice in the rule of endowment, with the explanation of this provision and other consequence of other statements, and the statement of the most correct opinion often. One of the most important results of this research was that Tabari's choices in the interpretation, including what has an impact between the rule of the endowment permissible and prevented, and the statement of this effect highlights the close relationship between the science of interpretation and the science of endowment, as it turned out that al-Tabari did not mention to us the provisions of the endowment resulting from his choices, and also it turned out that the scholars of the endowment did not explain the provisions of these choices, and this is often the case in their mention of the provisions of the endowment and the beginning. This research recommends singling out Tabari's choices in the expression and indicating their impact on the rule of endowment and initiation.
