|a ملخص: تعتبر جامعة الدول العربية منظمة إقليمية مهمتها تحقيق الأمن والاستقرار في المنطقة وكذا ضمان وحدة الدول العربية، ولأجل ذلك تسعى جاهدة لحل مختلف النزاعات العربية بالطرق السلمية ومنع استخدام القوة، وفي ظل التجربة التي خاضتها الجامعة في مجال تسوية النزاعات فإنها تتباين بين النجاح والإخفاق، ولعل العامل الرئيسي لنجاحها هو مدى نجاعة وسائل التسوية سواء التي نص عليها ميثاقها أو وسائل أخرى خارج نصوص ميثاق، لذا تهدف هذه الدراسة لتقييم دور الجامعة في مجال فض النزاعات مع دراسة أسباب قصور هذا الدور وكذا الحلول المقترحة من خلال محاولات إصلاح الجامعة.
|b The Arab League is a regional organization whose mission is to achieve security and stability in the region and to ensure the unity of Arab countries. For this reason, it strives to resolve various Arab conflicts through peaceful means and to prevent the use of force. In light of the experience that the League has had in the field of conflict resolution, it has varied between success and failure. Perhaps the main factor in its success is the effectiveness of the means of settlement, whether those stipulated in its charter or other means outside the texts of the charter. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the role of the League in the field of conflict resolution, while studying the reasons for the shortcomings of this role and the proposed solutions through attempts to reform the League.
