|a يهدف البحث إلى الارتقاء بالمجتمع والتخلص من إهمال المرأة وكسر خاطرها، وأن المرأة لا تقل أهمية عن الرجل. وقد اعتمدت في البحث على المنهج الاستقرائي في جمع الأحاديث، والاستفادة من المنهج الاستنباطي في تحليل الحديث، واستنباط ما يفيد البحث. وقد اقتضت طبيعة البحث أن أقسمه إلى مقدمة، وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة. أما المقدمة فقد تناولت فيها أهمية البحث، وأسباب اختياره، وإشكالية البحث، وأهدافه، والمنهج المتبع، وخطة البحث. ثم انتقلت إلى الحديث عن المبحث الأول، والذي تناولت فيه التعريف بمصطلحات البحث، ثم تكلمت بعد ذلك عن المبحث الثاني، والذي تحدثت فيه عن حث النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) على جبر خاطر المرأة. ثم انتقلت إلى الحديث عن المبحث الثالث، والذي تناولت فيه تطبيقات عملية من السنة النبوية في جبر خاطر المرأة. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها: اهتمام السنة النبوية بجبر خاطر المرأة، الرد على ما يثيره المشككون بأن الإسلام امتهن المرأة، إعادة النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) للمرأة حريتها المسلوبة، وتحريرها من قيود الجاهلية، وتتويجها بالآداب الإسلامية. ومن أهم التوصيات العمل على إقامة دورات وندوات ومؤتمرات تذاع عبر جميع وسائل التواصل بعنوان: المعاملات الزوجية في ضوء السنة النبوية. عمل أبحاث ورسائل في جبر الخاطر. عدم إهانة المرأة، والعمل على عزها وتكريمها.
|b The research aims to elevate society and eliminate the neglect and breaking of women’s spirit, affirming that women are no less important than men. The research relies on an inductive approach in gathering Hadiths and benefits from the deductive approach in analyzing them and deriving insights that benefit the study. The nature of the research required dividing it into an introduction, three main topics, and a conclusion. The introduction covers the importance of the study, reasons for choosing it, the research problem, its objectives, the adopted methodology ,and there search plan. The first topic provides definitions of the study's key terms. The second topic discusses the Prophet’s encouragement to console women. The third topic presents practical examples from the Prophetic Sunnah on consoling women. Key findings include: The Prophetic Sunnah’s emphasis on consoling women, refuting claims by skeptics that Islam mistreats women. The Prophet's actions restored the stolen freedom of women, liberated them from the constraints of pre-Islamic ignorance, and honored hem with Islamic values. Key recommendations include: Organizing courses, seminars, and conferences across all media platforms under the title "Marital Relations in Light of the Prophetic Sunnah." Conducting research and dissertations on the concept of consolation, avoiding the humiliation of women, and working towards honoring and respecting them.
