المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى بيان أن الشريعة الإسلامية هي خاتمة لكل الشرائع، وبيان أنها صالحة لكل زمان ومكان، هذا وقد اهتم العلماء قديما وحديثا بوصف الذرائع، وتوسعوا في الأخذ بها سدا وفتحا في معظم أبواب الفقه، وفي العصر الحديث كثرت المستجدات والنوازل خاصة في ظل التطورات التكنولوجية التي يشهدها العالم أجمع. هذا وقد اعتمدتُ في البحث على المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي، وكذلك المنهج التطبيقي، وقد اقتضت طبيعة البحث أن أُقسِّمه إلى مقدمة، وتمهيد، ومبحثين، وخاتمة، أما المقدمة فقد تناولت فيها أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، والدراسات السابقة، وبيان منهج البحث وخطواته، وخطة البحث، ثم انتقلت إلى الحديث عن التمهيد والذي تناولت فيه تعريف سد الذرائع، وحجيتها، وأقسامها، وشروطها وضوابطها، ثم انتقلت إلى الحديث عن المبحث الثاني والذي تناولت فيه تعريف تكنولوجيا الإنترنت، صورها، والآثار الإيجابية والسلبية لها، ثم انتقلت إلى الحديث عن المبحث الثالث والذي تناولت فيه التطبيقات الفقهية المعاصرة لقاعدة سد الذرائع في منع مخاطر تكنولوجيا الإنترنت، وهي منع الابتزاز الإلكتروني، ومنع نشر الفواحش والفساد، ومنع الجرائم الإلكترونية، ومحاربة المنكرات، وفي نهاية البحث الخاتمة، وفيها أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث ومن أهمها: أن تطبيق سد الذرائع فيه إبراز الجانب التطبيقي وربطه بالجانب النظري، وفي ذلك دلالة على أن علم أصول الفقه ليس جامدا، وفهارس (فهرس المصادر والمراجع- فهرس الموضوعات).

The research aims to show that Islamic law is the conclusion of all laws, and to show that it is valid for all times and places. Scholars, both ancient and modern, have been interested in describing the means, and have expanded their adoption of them to block and open most of the doors of jurisprudence. In the modern era, new developments and incidents have increased, especially in light of the technological developments witnessed by the entire world. The research relied on the analytical inductive approach, as well as the applied approach. The nature of the research required that I divide it into an introduction, a preface, two chapters, and a conclusion. The introduction dealt with the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, previous studies, a statement of the research methodology and its steps, and the research plan. Then I moved on to discuss the preface, in which I discussed the definition of blocking the means, its authority, its divisions, its conditions and controls. Then I moved on to discuss the second chapter, in which I discussed the definition of Internet technology, its forms, and its positive and negative effects. Then I moved on to discuss the third chapter, in which I discussed the contemporary jurisprudential applications of the rule of blocking the means in preventing the dangers of Internet technology, which are preventing electronic blackmail, preventing the spread of obscenities and corruption, preventing electronic crimes, and fighting evils. At the end of the research is the conclusion, in which are the most important results that the researcher reached, the most important of which is: that the application of blocking the means highlights the practical aspect and links it to the theoretical aspect, and this indicates that the science of the principles of jurisprudence is not static.
