المستخلص: يدور هذا البحث حول ما ذكره الشيخ الببلاوي من طرق تنطلق بها الأمة نحو الإصلاح والترقي، وتبني تجديد دنياها بتجديد دينها، هذا التجديد تقوم دعائمه على تأصيل الثوابت ولا سيما الاستمساك بالكتاب المعجز؛ إذ هو معجزة متجددة العطاء يجد الناس فيه أتم ما يناسب أحوالهم. فهي تهدف إلى إبراز وجوه الإعجاز القرآني، والوقوف على الفكر المقاصدي للقرآن الكريم، واستخراج هداياته ومعرفة لطائفه وأسراره؛ إذ هو خير معين على تدبر آيات القرآن الكريم، والمنهج الذي سرت عليه: هو المنهج الوصفي التطبيقي الذي يجمع بين التأصيل والتطبيق عن طريق البحث عن الوسائل والسبل التي اتبعها الشيخ الببلاوي لتحقيق التجديد من خلال القرآن الكريم وإظهار وجوه إعجازه، ومدى الاستفادة من الإعجاز القرآني في العلاقات الإنسانية، وبيان الربط بين الإعجاز القرآني والتفسير الموضوعي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، منها: أن الشيخ الببلاوي قد تكلم في التجديد ولم يتكلم عنه، التجديد ضرورة دينية، يقوم على الإحياء، ويؤسس على الاستنباط والتفكير. وتوصي الدراسة بجملة من التوصيات أهمها: إبراز وجوه الإعجاز القرآني، والتعويل على الجانب التطبيقي في ذلك، بيان أثر الإعجاز في توثيق العلاقات الإنسانية وتنمية المواهب البشرية.

This research paper examines the methods by which the nation can achieve reformation and progress according to what Sheikh Ali Al- Beblawy has stated. Hence, the nation would renovate its world throughout its religion. Such renovation has laid its foundation upon the deeply- rooted pillars of our religion especially by adhering to the miraculous book (the Holy Qur'an) which constitutes an innovative miracle where people would find what might suit their conditions. Accordingly, this paper aims at clarifying the aspects of Qur'anic miraculousness and highlighting the objective thought of the Holy Qur'an as well as finding out its true guidance, understanding its subtleties and secrets for being a helpful source serviceable to contemplating the verses of the Holy Qur'an. The research paper has followed the applied descriptive approach which combines both authentication and application by means of searching into the ways and methods utilized by Sheikh Al- Beblawy to accomplish renovation throughout the Holy Qur'an, display its aspects of miraculousness, show how far can we benefit from its inimitability in the field of human relations as well as exposing the relation between Qur'anic miraculousness and the thematic interpretation of the Holy Qur'an. Finally, this research paper has reached a group of findings. For example, Sheikh Al- Beblawy has demonstrated renovation, but he did not state that clearly. In addition, renovation is a religious necessity relying on revival and it is also based upon deduction and thinking. To conclude, the paper has recommended to highlight the aspects of Qur'anic miraculousness and to consider its applied perspective. The paper has also recommended to display the impact of the Qur'anic inimitability on human relations and the development of human talents.
