|a يتناول المقال دراسة الذهان الدوري، فترة الهوس أو الاهتياج. والذي يسمى أيضًا حسب التصنيف الوصفي للطب النفسي الأميركي: اضطراب ثنائي القطب، فترة الهوس. يقوم البحث على تحليل ما وراء الأعراض الوصفيّة ودوافعه اللاواعية وأسبابها الطفولية. إذ يتصف الهوس بمزاج حبوري عالي الوتيرة بشكل غير طبيعي، يتميز بالنّشاط الزائد المتهور، وتدافع الكلام، وتطاير الأفكار، السهوم، واللذة المستمرة في التفاعل الزائد مع الناس، والمبالغة بتقدير الذات، وقلّة النوم. يفسر فرويد Freud هذا السلوك بالتثبيت على المراحل الليبيديّة الأولى: الفمّيّة والشرجيّة. وأيضًا على التهام الأب الطوطمي. أما كلاين Klein فتفسرها كردة فعل دفاعية ضد تعرض الخوري بخيبة أمل مبكرة من قبل الأم.
|b This article studies cyclic psychosis, Manic episode. Which is also called according to descriptive nosography of APA in DSM V: Bipolar disorder, Manic episode. This research analyses the unconscious motives of descriptive symptoms and their infantile aetiology. So, Mania is described as abnormally elevated euphoric mood; and characterized by excessive illogical activities, pressure of speech, flying of ideas, distraction, permanent pleasure to interact with others, Megalomania, lack of sleep. Freud interpreted this behaviour as a fixation on primary libidinal stages: oral and anal. Moreover, this perturbation express cannibalism, unconscious desire to devour Totemic father. On the other hand, Klein explained Mania as defense reaction at the depressive, resulted from early deception from his mother.
