|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين السايبركوندريا وقلق الصحة وتوهم المرض، وبحث التداخل بين السايبركوندريا وكل من قلق الصحة وتوهم المرض، ومن ثم فعالية البرنامج العلاجي المقترح في خفض السايبركوندريا لدى مفرطي استخدام الإنترنت من طلاب الجامعة. وتكونت العينة من (٥٠٠) طالبا وطالبة من طلاب كلية التربية جامعة طنطا، وتم استخدام كل من مقياس السايبركوندريا إعداد الباحثتين، ومقياس قلق الصحة إعداد الباحثتين، ومقياس الإفراط في استخدام الإنترنت (إعداد الباحثتين)، والقائمة متعددة الأبعاد لسمات توهم المرض لــــ (Longley Watson& Noyes, 2005). وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين السايبركوندريا وكل من قلق الصحة وتوهم المرض لدى طلاب الجامعة، كما أنه يوجد عامل واحد يجمع كل من السايبركوندريا، وقلق الصحة، وتوهم المرض لدى مفرطي استخدام الإنترنت من طلاب الجامعة، كما أظهرت النتائج فعالية البرنامج الإرشادي المعرفي السلوكي في خفض السايبركوندريا واستمرار فاعليته في خفض السايبركوندريا بعد توقفه في نهاية فترة المتابعة لدى مفرطي استخدام الإنترنت من طلاب الجامعة.
|b This study aimed to identify the relationship between cyberchondria, health anxiety and hypochondria, and to investigate the interaction between cyberchondria and both health anxiety and hypochondria, and then the effectiveness of the proposed treatment program in reducing cyberchondria among university students who use the Internet excessively. The sample consisted of (500) male and female students from the Faculty of Education, Tanta University. The cyberchondria scale prepared by the researchers, the health anxiety scale prepared by the researchers, the Internet overuse scale (prepared by the researchers), and the multidimensional inventory of hypochondria traits of Longley, Watson & Noyes, 2005) were used. The results showed that there is a positive correlation between cyberchondria and both health anxiety and hypochondria among university students, that there is one factor that combines cyberchondria, health anxiety, and hypochondria among university students who use the Internet excessively. The results also showed the effectiveness of the cognitive behavioral guidance program in reducing cyberchondria and its continued effectiveness in reducing cyberchondria after it was stopped at the end of the follow-up period among university students who used the Internet excessively.
