|a جاء هذا البحث لبيان مدى صحة الرأي الذي اشتهر عن ابن خلدون وغيره من أن الأحاديث الواردة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في الطب ليست من الدين، إنما هي من الأمور الدنيوية التي ليس للوحي فيها مدخل، وقد تكلم النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فيها باعتبار الاجتهاد والرأي؛ وقد تبين لي من خلال تتبع كثير من الأحاديث الواردة في الطب أنها على الأصل مستمدة من الوحي، بقرينة ما فيها من الإعجاز ودلائل النبوة، لأنها وردت بأمور دقيقة وخفية لا يمكن للبشر معرفتها زمن البعثة، وقد كشف الطب الحديث عن صدق ما ورد فيها، وعدم معارضتها للتجارب العلمية، وليس في مقدور بشر الإحاطة بكل ذلك إلا بطريق الوحي.
|b The purpose of this research is to demonstrate the validity of the opinion, popularized by Ibn Khaldun and others, that the hadiths narrated by the Prophet (peace be upon him) in medicine are not from religion, but from worldly matters in which revelation has no role, and in which the Prophet (peace be upon him) spoke on the basis of ijtihad and opinion It has become clear to me through tracing many of the hadiths on medicine that they were originally derived from revelation, given the miraculous and prophetic evidence in them, because they dealt with subtle and hidden matters that humans could not know at the time of the Prophet's mission, and modern medicine has revealed the truth of what they say, and that they are not contradicted by scientific experiments.
