المستخلص: انطلاقا من ضرورة العناية بموروث العلماء في مختلف علوم الشريعة عموما وأصول الفقه خصوصا، وإسهاما في حفظ هذا الموروث الفريد وإخراجه، جاء هذا التحقيق لهذه الرسالة "الكنوز المخفية على احتمالات الأدلة اللفظية" التي تناولت مسألة مهمة من مسائل أصول الفقه، وهي احتمالات الأدلة اللفظية. وقد تميزت الرسالة بتناولها مجموعة من المسائل الأصولية المهمة، مثل النسخ، والنقل، والتخصيص، والمجاز، ومعارضات العقل، وبينت كيفية التعامل مع النصوص الشرعية بضوابط دقيقة تضمن تحقيق مقاصد الشريعة مع الحذر من التأويل غير المعتبر. يهدف التحقيق إلى الإسهام في إخراج هذه الرسالة والعناية بها؛ إذ لم يسبق نشرها أو تحقيقها، وهو امتداد لجهود إخراج التراث الإسلامي، وإثراء المكتبة الإسلامية بالنافع المفيد، ولما كانت النسخة يتيمة، فقد قام منهج التحقيق على العناية بنقل نص المصنف وإثباته، وما كان من ألفاظ النص غير مقروء فقد أضفت له ما يناسب استقامة معنى الجملة أو العبارة متى لزم ذلك، مستفيدا من استقراء مصادر ومراجع أصول الفقه التي وقفت عليها. أظهرت الرسالة أهمية التوضيح والشرح لمسائل أصول الفقه، وخصوصا احتمالات الأدلة اللفظية، مع التزام الضوابط الشرعية في فهم النصوص، وأكدت على دور المصطلحات الأصولية في ضبط فهم النصوص ومنع التأويلات التعسفية، مما يرسخ منهج الفهم الصحيح، وأوضحت القيمة العلمية للمخطوط كمرجع دقيق ومهم للباحثين في أصول الفقه. لذلك، من المهم دراسة هذه الرسالة ضمن أبحاث أصول الفقه، واعتبارها مرجعا للطلاب والباحثين لما تحتويه من فوائد علمية، وتعزيز جهود تحقيق المخطوطات الأصولية وإخراجها للعالم الإسلامي لما لها من أثر كبير في إثراء المكتبة الإسلامية، وتشجيع نشر مثل هذه الشروح المبسطة التي تسهم في تقريب المعاني الدقيقة للمتخصصين وطلاب العلم، أسأل الله تعالى أن يتقبل هذا العمل بقبول حسن، وأن ينفع به، والله أعلم وأعلى.

Based on the necessity of preserving and caring for the scholarly heritage in various Islamic sciences in general and the principles of Islamic jurisprudence (Usul al-Fiqh) in particular, and contributing to safeguarding and presenting this unique legacy, this study aims to investigate the manuscript titled “The Hidden Treasures on the Probabilities of Verbal Evidence”. This manuscript addresses a significant issue in Usul al-Fiqh: the probabilities of verbal evidence. The work is distinguished by its exploration of several critical principles, such as abrogation (naskh), linguistic transfer (naql), specification (takhsis), metaphorical usage (majaz), and intellectual contradictions, while providing a clear framework for dealing with Shari'ah texts under precise guidelines that ensure the realization of the objectives of Islamic law (Maqasid al-Shari’ah) while avoiding invalid interpretations. The objective of this investigation is to contribute to the publication and care of this manuscript, as it has neither been previously published nor critically studied. It aligns with ongoing efforts to revive Islamic heritage and enrich Islamic libraries with valuable and beneficial contributions. Since this manuscript exists as a sole copy, the research methodology has focused on carefully transcribing and preserving the original text. Where unclear phrases or illegible terms appeared, appropriate additions were made to maintain the coherence and meaning of sentences, relying on extensive references and sources in Usul al-Fiqh. This manuscript has demonstrated the importance of clarifying and explaining issues in Usul al-Fiqh, particularly the probabilities of verbal evidence, while adhering to the established principles for interpreting texts. It also emphasized the crucial role of technical terminology in ensuring accurate understanding and preventing arbitrary interpretations, thereby reinforcing a sound methodological approach. Moreover, the manuscript’s scholarly value was evident, serving as an essential reference for researchers in the field of Usul al-Fiqh. Therefore, it is imperative to study this manuscript within the scope of Usul al-Fiqh research and consider it a significant resource for students and scholars due to its rich academic insights. It is equally vital to support efforts to critically edit and publish similar manuscripts, contributing to the broader Islamic intellectual heritage and enriching libraries with meaningful contributions. Encouraging the dissemination of such accessible explanations will undoubtedly aid specialists and students in comprehending intricate topics. May Allah accept this work with His grace and make it beneficial. And Allah knows best.
