|a تسعى هذه الدراسة لإبراز مساعي المقاربة الجزائرية في إدارة الأزمات الدولية القائمة على أسس سياسية ودبلوماسية بحتة مسلطة الضوء على الأزمة الليبية الراهنة لما تشكله من تهديد مباشر وصريح للأمن القومي الجزائري والأفريقي، غير أنه وبناء على مجموعة من المؤشرات التي تقوم عليها عملية إدارة الأزمة ثبت عدم فعالية المقاربة الجزائرية شأنها شأن باقي المقاربات السياسية المطروحة من طرف فواعل دولية أخرى نتيجة تضارب المصالح واختلاف الأولويات بين مختلف الأطراف الليبية وغير الليبية المشاركة في الأزمة.
|b This study seeks to highlight the efforts of the Algerian approach in managing international crises based on purely political and diplomatic foundations, shedding light on the current Libyan crisis for what it represents as a direct and explicit threat to Algerian and African national security. However, based on a set of indicators on which the crisis management process is based, it has been proven that the Algerian approach is ineffective, like other political approaches proposed by other international actors, as a result of conflicting interests and different priorities between the various Libyan and non-Libyan parties participating in the crisis.
