|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة القدرة التنبؤية للذكاء الانفعالي والفاعلية الذاتية بالقدرة على اتخاذ القرار. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (202) طالبا وطالبة من الجامعة المفتوحة التابعة لمدينة الناصرة في فلسطين 2021/ 2022، تم اختيارها بالطريقة المتيسرة، واستخدم الباحثون معادلة الانحدار الخطي لمعرفة أكثر المتغيرات قدرة على التنبؤ في القدرة على اتخاذ القرار. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الفاعلية الذاتية الذكاء الانفعالي كان لها قدرة تنبؤية في القدرة على اتخاذ القرارات عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05)، وفسرت الفاعلية الذاتية ككل ما نسبته (18%) من التباين في القدرة على اتخاذ القرار، في حين فسر الذكاء الانفعالي ككل ما نسبته (7%) من هذا التباين في القدرة على اتخاذ القرار.
|b The current study aimed to know the predictive ability of emotional intelligence and self-efficacy with the ability to make decisions. The study sample consisted of (202) male and female students from the Open University of Alnasrah in Palestine. The researchers used the Multiple Linear Regression to identify the most predictive variables in decision-making ability. The results of the study indicated that self-efficacy had a predictive ability in the ability to make decisions at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) as the beta value was (β = 0.607) and the t-test value was (t = 10.565) with statistical significance (0.000). It was also found that the variable (emotional intelligence) has a predictive ability in the ability to make decisions at the level (α ≤ 0.05) as the beta value was (β = 0.196) and the value of the t-test was (t = 3.418) and with statistical significance.
