|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل معمق لتداعيات انخفاض مستويات النمو في الدول العربية في الفترة الراهنة في سياقات التكامل الاقتصادي والنمو التكنولوجي، وتأتي الدراسة بعد تكوين صورة نهائية لظروف العالم العربي نهاية العام 2023 التي شهدت الكثير من الأحداث. وقد اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي القائم على تحليل المحتوى السياقات النمو والتكامل الاقتصادي والتكنولوجي في الوطن العربي، حيث كان المنطلق من رصد لواقع مستويات النمو في الوطن العربي ومساعي تكامل اقتصادي وتكنولوجي بين الدول العربية، مرورا بقراءة البوادر تحقيق هذا التكامل، وصولا إلى إدراج أهم التحديات الراهنة في ظل ملامح علاقات تكاملية بينية عربية. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن أمال الدول العربية في تحقيق تكامل اقتصادي ونمو تكنولوجي مشترك، بناء على مستويات النمو بها، قد علقتها على أسس هشة، نظرا للتفاوت الكبير الناتج عن التعثرات والأزمات الاقتصادية والفجوات التكنولوجية التي زادت من رقعة استحالة تحقيق التكامل المنشود، فضلا عن الأوضاع الجيوسياسية التي طبعتها لفترات متتالية.
|b This study aims to provide an in-depth analysis of the repercussions of declining growth levels in Arab countries during the current period, focusing on the contexts of economic integration and technological growth. It examines the state of the Arab world at the end of 2023, highlighting various changes and transformations. The research employs a descriptive approach, utilizing content analysis to explore the economic and technological growth and integration contexts within the Arab world. The starting point involves assessing the current growth levels in Arab countries and the efforts made toward achieving economic and technological integration among them. The study reviews various approaches and previous studies concerning the initial steps toward integration, culminating in analyzing current challenges that emerge within the framework of inter-Arab relations. The findings suggest that Arab countries' ability to achieve economic integration and joint technological growth is built on fragile foundations. This fragility stems from significant disparities caused by financial setbacks, crises, and technological gaps. These factors and the geopolitical conditions that have characterized the region over successive periods have diminished the prospects for achieving the desired level of integration.
