|a تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد مستوى وعي طلبة الجامعة بالمخاطر الناتجة عن إدمان الهواتف الذكية، مع التركيز على المخاطر الصحية والنفسية والاجتماعية والدراسية والأمنية، وتمثلت وحدة المعاينة للدراسة في طلبة السنة الأولى والثانية والثالثة والرابعة بقسم العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة ظفار، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وضع مجموعة من المقترحات من منظور علم الاجتماع والخدمة الاجتماعية لتنمية وعي طلبة الجامعة بالمخاطر الناتجة عن إدمان الهواتف الذكية، مثل تنظيم حملة شاملة تحت شعار "عالم بدون إدمان" تشمل فيديوهات توعوية، مقالات، ومشاركات تفاعلية على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، تستند إلى بحوث علمية حول آثار الإدمان، وتسلط الضوء على تجارب شخصية لطلاب تعافوا من هذه المشكلة، تطوير منهج دراسي يدمج بين الدراسات الاجتماعية والنفسية، يتضمن مواد تعليمية تركز على فهم تأثير الإدمان على السلوك والعلاقات، بالإضافة إلى دراسة حالات عملية وتطبيق استراتيجيات للحد من هذه الظاهرة، توفير برامج تدريبية متخصصة للمرشدين الاجتماعيين والنفسيين لتعزيز مهاراتهم في التعامل مع قضايا الإدمان، بما في ذلك كيفية تقديم الاستشارات بشكل فعال وداعم للطلاب.
|b The current study aims to determine the level of awareness among university students regarding the risks Resulting From smartphone addiction, focusing on health, psychological, social, academic, and security risks. The sample of the study consisted of first, second, third, and fourthyear students in the Department of Social Sciences at Dhofar University. The study resulted in a set of proposals from the perspective of sociology and social work to enhance university students' awareness of the dangers of smartphone addiction. These proposals include organizing a comprehensive campaign under the slogan "A World Without Addiction," which includes awareness videos, articles, and interactive posts on social media, based on scientific research on the effects of addiction and highlighting personal experiences of students who have recovered from this issue. Additionally, it suggests developing a curriculum that integrates social and psychological studies, including educational materials that focus on understanding the impact of addiction on behavior and relationships, as well as case studies and the application of strategies to reduce this phenomenon. Furthermore, specialized training programs for social and psychological counselors are proposed to enhance their skills in dealing with addiction issues, including how to provide effective and supportive counseling to students.
