|a يصف هذا البحث المسئولية الاجتماعية وعلاقتها بالإبداع التنظيمي للعاملين بمؤسسات أطفال بلا مأوى، وعليه فهذا البحث يهدف إلى رصد واقع المسئولية الاجتماعية للعاملين بمؤسسات أطفال بلا مأوى، تحديد مستوى تحقيق الإبداع التنظيمي للعاملين بمؤسسات أطفال بلا مأوى، تحديد العلاقة بين المسئولية الاجتماعية وتحقيق الإبداع التنظيمي للعاملين بمؤسسات أطفال بلا مأوى، تحديد الصعوبات التي تواجه إسهامات المسئولية الاجتماعية في تحقيق الإبداع التنظيمي للعاملين بمؤسسات أطفال بلا مأوى، تحديد مقترحات تفعيل إسهامات المسئولية الاجتماعية في تحقيق الإبداع التنظيمي للعاملين بمؤسسات أطفال بلا مأوى، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنه توجد علاقة طردية دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى معنوية (0.01) بين المسئولية الاجتماعية وتحقيق الإبداع التنظيمي للعاملين بمؤسسات أطفال بلا مأوى، وأن أكثر أبعاد المسئولية الاجتماعية ارتباطاً بتحقيق الإبداع التنظيمي للعاملين بمؤسسات أطفال بلا مأوى تمثلت في المشاركة والعمل التعاوني، ثم الولاء والانتماء، وأخيراً الاهتمام والوعي، وقد يرجع ذلك إلى وجود ارتباط طردي قوي بين هذه الأبعاد وأنها جاءت معبرة عن ما تهدف الدراسة تحقيقه.
|b This research describes social responsibility and its relationship to organizational creativity of workers in institutions for homeless children. Accordingly, this research aims to monitor the reality of social responsibility of workers in institutions for homeless children, determine the level of achieving organizational creativity of workers in institutions for homeless children, determine the relationship between social responsibility and achieving organizational creativity of workers in institutions for homeless children, determine the difficulties facing the contributions of social responsibility in achieving organizational creativity of workers in institutions for homeless children, determine proposals to activate the contributions of social responsibility in achieving organizational creativity of workers in institutions for homeless children, The study concluded that there is a statistically significant direct relationship at a significance level of (0.01) between social responsibility and achieving organizational creativity of workers in institutions for homeless children, The dimensions of social responsibility most closely related to achieving organizational creativity for workers in institutions for homeless children were represented in the following: participation and cooperative work, then loyalty and belonging, and finally interest and awareness, This may be due to the existence of a strong direct relationship between these dimensions and that they came to express what the study aims to achieve.
