|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحقيق ودراسة نص فقهي نفيس يتناول مسألة الجمع بين الصلوات، وتحديدا حكم صلاة من جمع تقديما وهو يظن أنه تأخير. يبرز البحث أهمية هذه المسألة من خلال ارتباطها الوثيق بفريضة الصلاة كأحد أعمدة الإسلام، مما يتطلب فهما دقيقا للأحكام المتعلقة بها، اعتمد البحث على منهج تحقيق النصوص التراثية من خلال جمع النسخ المخطوطة، ومقارنة النصوص، وتوثيق الفروق بينها. كما استخدم أسلوب التحليل الفقهي لمناقشة المسألة وفق المذهب الشافعي، مع الرجوع إلى مصادر فقهية متعددة لتوثيق الأحكام وتعزيز الفهم، أهم النتائج: توصل البحث إلى صحة الجمع المذكور في النص المحقق بناء على أدلة المذهب الشافعي وشروط الجمع، وأثبتت الدراسة أن نية الجمع شرط أساسي لتجنب العبث في أداء الصلاة، أوضح البحث دور الفقهاء في تقديم تفسيرات دقيقة للمسائل الفقهية التي قد تبدو معقدة، ساهم تحقيق النص في إثراء المكتبة الفقهية بتوثيق نص تراثي مميز وإبرازه بشكل يلبي حاجات الباحثين.
|b This article aims to study a valuable jurisprudential text that addresses the issue of combining prayers, specifically the provision of early combining praying of the thought-delayed prayer, thinking it is a delayed combination. The study makes it clear that this issue is very salient; it is related to the obligation of prayer as one of the pillars of Islam. The study employs the collective and comparative approach through collecting manuscript copies of heritage texts and comparing these texts. It utilizes a jurisprudential analysis to discuss the issue according to the Shafi'i doctrine, tackling several jurisprudential sources. The study concludes that the combination mentioned in the investigated text is valid based on the evidence from the Shafi'i school and the conditions for combining prayers. The study confirms that the intention of combining prayers is an essential condition to avoid trivializing the performance of prayer. Scholars’ role in this issue is as prominent as that of the issue itself, because it concerns an important aspect of praying to Allah.
