|a تهدف دراستنا الحالية للكشف عن مستوى كل من الرفاهية النفسية والذكاء الانفعالي لدى أفراد الطاقم الطبي، وقد اعتمدنا فيها على المنهج الوصفي لأنه الأنسب لموضوع الدراسة، وطبقنا مقياس الرفاهية النفسية المعد من طرف هند الدباغ (2022) ومقياس الذكاء الانفعالي لوجدان عبد الأمير (2005) بعد التأكد من خصائصهما السيكو مترية على عينة قدرت بـ 100 فرد من أفراد الطاقم الطبي بالمؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية بمدينة شرشال ولاية تيبازة. تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات أكدت النتائج بأن مستوى الرفاهية النفسية مرتفع، ومستوى الذكاء الانفعالي مرتفع لدى أفراد الطاقم الطبي. وتم تفسير هذه النتائج بالاعتماد على التراث النظري في ظل بعض الدراسات السابقة.
|b Our current study aims to reveal the levels of psychological well-being and emotional intelligence among healthcare staff. We employed a descriptive methodology, as it is the most suitable for the study's topic. We applied the Psychological Well-Being Scale developed by Hind Debagh (2022) and the Emotional Intelligence Scale by Wijdan Abdul Amir (2005), after verifying their psychometric properties on a sample of 100 healthcare staff members from the public health institution in Cherchell, Tipaza Province. The sample was selected using stratified random sampling. After statistical analysis of the data, the results confirmed that the level of psychological well-being is high, and the level of emotional intelligence is also high among the healthcare staff. These results are interpreted based on theoretical frameworks in light of some previous studies.
