|a هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على إدمان الأنترنيت وعلاقته ببعض الاضطرابات الانفعالية والمزاجية لدى تلاميذ التعليم الثانوي، والتعرف على الفرق في درجة إدمان الأنترنيت، والكشف عن الفرق في درجة الاضطرابات الانفعالية والمزاجية بين منخفضي ومرتفعي إدمان الأنترنيت، تكونت عينة الدراسة من 110 تلميذا بمرحلة التعليم الثانوي بولاية تلمسان بالجزائر، طبق عليهم مقياس إدمان الأنترنيت ومقياس كورنل للنواحي الانفعالية والمزاجية، وقد كشفت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة بين إدمان الأنترنيت والاضطرابات الانفعالية والمزاجية لدى تلاميذ التعليم الثانوي، كما أظهرت وجود فروق في الاضطرابات الانفعالية والمزاجية لصالح مرتفعي الإدمان على الأنترنيت، أما من ناحية متغير الجنس فلا توجد فروق في درجة الاضطرابات الانفعالية والمزاجية. تقترح هذه الدراسة ضرورة الاستخدام العقلاني والموجه للإنترنيت من طرف التلاميذ، وذلك تحت إشراف أولياء الأمور، والعمل على توعية التلاميذ منذ الصغر بإيجابيات وسلبيات الأنترنيت وتعويدهم على سلوكيات الاستخدام الإيجابي لها.
|b This study aimed to investigate internet addiction and its relationship with some emotional and mood disorders among high school students. The study also sought to identify differences in the level of internet addiction and to uncover differences in the degree of emotional and mood disorders between low and high internet addiction levels. The study sample consisted of 110 high school students in the wilaya of Tlemcen of Algeria, and the Internet Addiction Scale and the Cornell Scale for Emotional and Mood Aspects were applied on them. The results revealed a significant correlation between internet addiction and emotional and mood disorders among secondary school students. Furthermore, differences in emotional and mood disorders were observed in favor of high-internet-addiction students. Regarding the gender variable, no differences were found in the degree of emotional and mood disorders. This study suggests the necessity of rational and supervised internet use by students, under the guidance of parents. It emphasizes the importance of raising awareness among students from a young age about the positives and negatives of the internet and helping them develop positive usage behaviors.
