المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين وفرة المخصصات المالية كمطلب أساسي لتطوير القيادات التعليمية في ضوء رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030، وذلك من خلال الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وأداته الاستبيان وتوزيعها على عينة قوامها 100 مفردة من القيادات التعليمية في وزارة التعليم بالمملكة، ولقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج يعد أهمها وأبرزها هو وجود بعض الإخفاقات المتعلقة بإمكانية توفير المخصصات المالية الضرورية واللازمة لتطوير القيادات التربوية، وذلك يتطلب تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات تتمثل في العمل على بناء برامج تطوير شاملة ومتكاملة من خلال تحديد الاحتياجات وإجراء تقييم دقيق لاحتياجات القادة التعليمي تين في مختلف المستويات والمراحل وتقديم برامج متنوعة تغطي الجوانب النظرية والعملية، وتشمل المهارات القيادية والتكنولوجيا التعليمية والإدارة المدرسية وتصميم برامج تدمج الجانب النظري مع التطبيقات العملية من خلال ورش العمل والمشروعات واستضافة خبراء دوليين وتبادل الخبرات مع نظرائهم في الدول الأخرى و توفير بيئة داعمة للتعلم والنمو من خلال بناء ثقافة تنظيمية تشجع على التعلم المستمر والابتكار وتشجيع القادة على المشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات وتطوير السياسات، وتقديم تغذية راجعة بناءة ومستمرة للقيادات والتقدير والتحفيز من خلال التكريم والإشادة بالقيادات المتميزة وتوفير حوافز مادية ومعنوية

The current study aimed to identify the relationship between the abundance of financial allocations as a basic requirement for developing educational leadership in light of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 by relying on the descriptive analytical approach and its questionnaire tool and distributing it to a sample of 100 individuals from educational leadership in the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom. The study concluded with a set of results, the most important and prominent of which is the existence of some failures related to the possibility of providing the necessary financial allocations required to develop educational leadership. This requires presenting a set of recommendations, namely working to build comprehensive and integrated development programs by identifying needs and conducting an accurate assessment of the needs of educational leaders at various levels and stages and providing various programs that cover theoretical and practical aspects, including leadership skills, educational technology and school management, and designing programs that integrate the theoretical aspect with practical applications through workshops and projects, hosting international experts and exchanging experiences with their counterparts in other countries, and providing a supportive environment for learning and growth by building an organizational culture that encourages continuous learning and innovation and encouraging leaders to participate in decision-making and policy development, providing constructive and continuous feedback to leaders, appreciation and motivation through Honoring and commending distinguished leaders and providing material and moral incentives.
