|a التزايد الكبير للتجاوزات على الطرق الرئيسة في مركز قضاء الحويجة دعا إلى وجوب البحث في هذه المشكلة، والتجاوز هو التعدي بشكل مخالف وغير قانوني على الطرق أو محرماتها المحددة وفق التصاميم المعتمدة للطرق، ويكون التجاوز دائمي ثابت كالبناء بمختلف أنواعه أو تجاوزات مؤقتة تعيق مرور المركبات كالوقوف العشوائي للسيارات على الطريق، اعتمدت الدراسة على بعض المصادر المكتوبة والمشاهدة والمقابلة الميدانية وتوزيع (300) استمارة استبيان حول المشكلة تغطي كل أجزاء منطقة البحث، واستخدام التقنيات الحديثة في تحليل البيانات وتمثيلها بشكل يوضح الظاهرة ويعالجها كالجداول والأشكال البيانية والخرائط باستخدام برنامج (Arc gis 10.7).
|b The significant increase in violations on the main roads in the center of Hawija district called for the necessity of investigating this problem, and violation is illegal and unlawful violation of the roads or their prohibitions specified according to the approved designs of the roads, and the violation is permanent and fixed, such as construction of various types, or temporary violations that hinder the passage of vehicles, such as random parking of cars on the road. The study relied on some written sources, observations, field interviews, and the distribution of (300) questionnaire forms about the problem covering all parts of the research area, and the use of modern techniques in analyzing and representing data in a way that clarifies and addresses the phenomenon, such as tables, graphs, and maps, using the program (Arc gis10.7).
