المستخلص: تقع هذه الدراسة ضمن نطاق دراسات تنظيم المجتمع، حيث هدفت الباحثة من خلالها إلى تحديد العلاقة بين استخدام تقنيات طريقة تنظيم المجتمع وتفعيل لجان مكافحة الفساد بالقطاع الحكومي في مصر من خلال (تقدير أداء اللجان للمسئوليات المنوطة بها، استراتيجية انتقاء وتشكيل اللجان، استراتيجية التنسيق، استراتيجية التمكين)، تحديد معوقات أداء اللجان لدورها في مكافحة الفساد بالقطاع الحكومي في مصر، التوصل إلى المقترحات التي تؤسس لصياغة رؤية مستقبلية من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع في تفعيل أداء لجان مكافحة الفساد، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قامت الباحثة بالتطبيق على عينة بلغ حجمها 74 مفردة من أعضاء لجان مكافحة الفساد بمحافظتي (أسيوط، القاهرة، الإسكندرية). وكشفت نتائج الدراسة إلى صحة الفرض مؤداه إلى "نتوقع أن يكون تقدير أداء اللجان متوسطا للمسئوليات لمنوطة بها" حيث جاء بقوة نسبية (70.58%)، وجود علاقة إحصائية ذات دلالة معنوية بين استخدام تشكيل وانتقاء اللجان وتفعيل أدائها في مكافحة الفساد، وجود علاقة ذات دلالة معنوية إحصائية بين استخدام التنسيق وتفعيل لجان مكافحة الفساد، عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة معنوية بين استخدام استراتيجية التمكين وتفعيل لجان مكافحة الفساد في القطاعات الحكومية.

This study falls within the scope of community organization studies, where the researcher aimed through it to determine the relationship between the use of community organizing techniques and the activation of anti-corruption committees in the government sector in Egypt through (assessing the performance of the committees for the responsibilities entrusted to them, strategy for selecting and forming committees, coordination strategy, strategy Empowerment), identifying the obstacles to the performance of the committees for their role in combating corruption in the government sector in Egypt, arriving at the proposals that establish the formulation of a future vision from the perspective of the way the society is organized in activating the performance of the anti-corruption committees, and to achieve this goal the researcher applied on a sample of 74 members of the committees size Combating corruption in the governorates of (Assiut, Cairo, and Alexandria). The results of the study revealed the validity of the hypothesis leading to "we expect that the evaluation of the performance of the committees will be an average of the responsibilities entrusted to them. "as it came with a relative strength (70.58%). and there is a statistically significant relationship between the use of forming and selecting committees and activating their performance in the fight against corruption, and there is a significant relationship Statistical significance between the use of coordination and the activation of anti-corruption committees, the absence of a significant relationship between the use of the empowerment strategy and the activation of anti-corruption committees in government sectors.
