المستخلص: نتعرف من خلال ذلك البحث على مشكلة البحث، حيث تعد الفساد مشكلة خطيرة ولها آثار سلبية كثيرة على التنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة على الصعيد العالمي. فإن الجهود المبذولة لمكافحة الفساد تتطلب بنجاح تشريعات شاملة لمكافحة الفساد، وسلطات قوية، فضلا عن أساليب وآليات مكافحة الفساد واستراتيجيات التحري الخاصة. كما يتطلب وجود نظام فعال لمكافحة الفساد وإطارا قانونيا شاملا لمكافحة الفساد لا يقتصر على المعاقبة على جميع أشكال الفساد وإنما أيضا على تقوية مؤسسات مكافحة الفساد التي منها لجان مكافحة الفساد. وكذلك أهمية البحث، وأهداف البحث، وأهم المفاهيم في البحث مثل مفهوم تقنيات ومفهوم مكافحة الفساد، وتناولنا الإطار النظري، من خلال وسائل مواجهة الفساد، الاستراتيجية الوطنية لمكافحة الفساد، لجان مكافحة الفساد المصرية أهدافها، اختصاصاتها، مبادرات ونماذج دولية في مكافحة الفساد، وفي ختام البحث تقنيات طريقة تنظيم المجتمع في تفعيل أداء اللجنة، وأخيرا أهم التوصيات والمقترحات في البحث.

Through this research, we learn about the research problem, as corruption is a serious problem and has many negative effects on sustainable economic development at the global level. Successful anti-corruption efforts will require comprehensive anticorruption legislation, strong authorities, as well as anti-corruption methods and mechanisms and special investigative strategies. It also requires the existence of an effective anti-corruption system and a comprehensive legal framework to combat corruption, which is not limited to the punishment of all forms of corruption, but also to the strengthening of anti-corruption institutions, including the anti-corruption committees. As well as the importance of research, research objectives, and the most important concepts in research such as the concept of techniques and the concept of combating corruption, and we dealt with the theoretical framework, through means of confronting corruption, the national anti-corruption strategy, the Egyptian anticorruption committees, their objectives, competencies, international initiatives and models in combating corruption, and in conclusion Research the techniques of the method of community organization in activating the performance of the committee, and finally the most important recommendations and proposals in the research.
