|a اعتمدت الدراسة بشكل كبير على مؤشر الرفاه الاقتصادي وطرق قياسه التي تحتوي على مجموعة من الخطوات التي أتبعت للوصول إلى مستويات ذلك المؤشر في مدينة طوز خورماتو وعلى مستوى أحيائها السكنية باستخدام المنهج الوصفي، ومنهج التحليل المكاني، ومن خلال الأدوات الإحصائية الحديثة لبيان قدرة كل متغير من متغيرات المؤشر في تحقيق الرفاه الاقتصادي في منطقة الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك تباينا مكانيا في مستوى الرفاه الاقتصادي بين أحياء المدينة، والتي قسمت مستوياته إلى أربعة مستويات (ضعيف جدا، ضعيف، متوسطة، جيد) مع تقييم أهم العوامل التي كان لها دور كبير في ذلك التباين.
|b The study relied heavily on the economic well-being index and its measurement methods, which contain a set of steps that were followed to reach the levels of that index in the city of Tuz Khurmatu and at the level of its residential neighborhoods using the descriptive approach, the spatial analysis approach, and through modern statistical tools to demonstrate the ability of each variable. of indicator variables In achieving economic well-being in the study area, the study concluded that there is a spatial variation in the level of economic well-being between the city’s neighborhoods, the levels of which were divided into four levels (poor, average, good, very good) with an evaluation of the most important factors that had a major role in that. variance.
