|a هذا البحث يسلط الضوء على أهمية العمل التطوعي وتأثيره على النوع الاجتماعي، وذلك من خلال دراسة حالة كارثة زلزال الحوز في المغرب. توصل البحث إلى أن العمل التطوعي يلعب دورا حيويا في تحسين الوعي بقضايا النوع الاجتماعي، وأن المشاركة النسائية فيه تعتبر مساهمة مميزة خلال الأزمات والكوارث. كما أظهرت النتائج أن توجيه جهود نشر الثقافة التطوعية يمكن أن يزيد من نسبة المشاركة لدى النساء المغربيات في الأعمال التطوعية، مما يدعم فرضيات البحث المذكورة. كما تبرز هذه النتائج أهمية تعزيز ثقافة العمل التطوعي وتشجيع المشاركة النسائية في هذا النوع من الأعمال، وذلك لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة والتغيير الاجتماعي الإيجابي.
|b This research sheds light on the importance of volunteer work and its impact on gender roles, through a study of the earthquake disaster in in Al-Houz, Morocco. The research finds that volunteer work plays a vital role in raising awareness about gender issues, with women's participation being particularly significant during crises and disasters. Furthermore, the results indicate that efforts to promote volunteer culture can increase the participation of Moroccan women in volunteer activities, supporting the hypotheses of the study. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing volunteer culture and encouraging female participation in such activities, to achieve sustainable development and positive social change.
