|a تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية لدراسة التحالف الاستراتيجي كبديل للتنويع للمجمع الدوائي صيدال، حيث يكلف هذا الأخير استثمارات باهضة وعمالة ماهرة، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وهذا بتحليل أهم مؤشرات التنافسية قيد التحالفات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى الدور الفعال للتحالف الذي أدى بدوره إلى تخفيض التكاليف مقارنة بالمنافسين وزيادة المركز التنافسي للمؤسسة وارتفاع رقم الأعمال والإنتاجية وكذلك استفاد المجمع من الخبرة التي تنشط بها المؤسسات المتحالفة وبالتالي تحقيق ميزة تنافسية مستمرة. ومن بين التوصيات الموجه لصيدال أن تعزز الشراكة مع المخابر العالمية لنقل التكنولوجيا وضرورة تقييم مشاريع التحالف والاستثمار في مراكز البحث والتطوير.
|b This Article focuses on the strategic consortium as an alternative to diversification for the pharmaceutical company Saidal, as the latter costs steep investments and skilled employment, In order to reach results, the descriptive analytical method was used by analyzing the most important competitive indicators in consortiums. The article concludes that the consortium played an effective role, which in turn led to reducing costs compared to competitors, increasing the competitive position of the institution, and increasing the volume of business and productivity. The company also benefited from the expertise of allied institutions, which led to achieving a continuous competitive advantage. Among the recommendations directed to Saidal are enhancing the partnership with global laboratories to transfer technology and the need to evaluate alliance projects and invest in research and development centers.
