|a هدف البحث إلى تقييم دور الرعاية التلطيفية في تحسين رضا المستفيدين بالقطاع الصحي الحكومي: بحث تطبيقي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (263) مستفيد من المستفيدين من القطاع الصحي المتمثلة في (مستشفى القصيم الوطني)، وتمثلت أدوات البحث في استمارة استبيان للتعرف على تقييم دور الرعاية التلطيفية في تحسين رضا المستفيدين بالقطاع الصحي الحكومي، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى توافر الرعاية التلطيفية في تحسين رضا المستفيدين بالقطاع الصحي الحكومي، وذلك بدرجة ثقة (95%)، كما يوجد تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية للرعاية التلطيفية في تحسين رضا المستفيدين بالقطاع الصحي الحكومي، وذلك بدرجة ثقة (95%)، كما يوجد تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية للتقويم المناسب لحالة المستفيد في تحسين رضا المستفيدين بالقطاع الصحي الحكومي، وذلك بدرجة ثقة (95%)، كما يوجد تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية لخطة العلاج المناسبة في تحسين رضا المستفيدين بالقطاع الصحي الحكومي، وذلك بدرجة ثقة (95%)، كما يوجد تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية للمتابعة المستمرة في تحسين رضا المستفيدين بالقطاع الصحي الحكومي، وذلك بدرجة ثقة (95%)، وقد أوصى البحث بضرورة تعزيز برامج التدريب والتطوير للعاملين في القطاع الصحي الحكومي وذلك لتمكينهم من تقديم رعاية تلطيفية متكاملة وفعالة تساهم في تحسين رضا المستفيدين، كذلك وضع استراتيجيات واضحة لتعزيز المتابعة المستمرة للمستفيدين بعد تقديم الخدمات الصحية بما في ذلك استخدام تقنيات التحول الرقمي لتسهيل التواصل ومتابعة الحالة الصحية.
|b The study aimed to evaluate the role of palliative care in improving beneficiaries' satisfaction in the government health sector: an applied study. The study sample consisted of (263) beneficiaries from the health sector represented by (Qassim National Hospital). The study tools were a questionnaire form to identify the evaluation of the role of palliative care in improving beneficiaries' satisfaction in the government health sector. The study results showed that palliative care is available in improving beneficiaries' satisfaction in the government health sector, with a confidence level of (95%). There is also a statistically significant effect of palliative care in improving beneficiaries' satisfaction in the government health sector, with a confidence level of (95%). There is also a statistically significant effect of the appropriate assessment of the beneficiary's condition in improving beneficiaries' satisfaction in the government health sector, with a confidence level of (95%). There is also a statistically significant effect of the appropriate treatment plan in improving beneficiaries' satisfaction in the government health sector, with a confidence level of (95%). There is also a statistically significant effect of continuous follow-up in improving beneficiaries' satisfaction in the government health sector, with a confidence level of (95%). The study recommended The need to enhance training and development programs for workers in the government health sector to enable them to provide integrated and effective palliative care that contributes to improving beneficiary satisfaction, as well as developing clear strategies to enhance continuous follow-up of beneficiaries after providing health services, including the use of digital transformation technologies to facilitate communication and follow-up of health status.
