Teleworking, one of the new working methods booming in Morocco and around the world, is the result of the evolution of new information and communication technologies (NICT). Its adoption, however, revealed certain operational difficulties which call for a legal framework in order to protect both the teleworker and the employer. Le télétravail, l'un des nouveaux modes de travail en plein essor au Maroc et dans le monde entier, est le fruit de l'évolution des nouvelles technologies de l'information et de la communication (NTIC). Son adoption a cependant révélé certaines difficultés opérationnelles qui appellent un encadrement juridique afin de protéger à la fois le télétravailleur et l'employeur. |
