|a تقوم عملية التفتيش القضائي بتقييم أداء القضاة وموظفي المحاكم، بهدف تحديد نقاط الضعف واقتراح الحلول لتحسين النظام القضائي. ويتولى الإشراف القضائي رئيس محكمة النقض والوكيل العام للملك مهمة الإشراف على حسن سير عمل المحاكم. بالإضافة إلى توفر الموارد اللازمة لإدارة المحاكم من قبل السلطة الحكومية المتمثلة في وزارة العدل. بينما تناقش الجمعيات العامة للمحاكم، برئاسة رئيس المحكمة الابتدائية أو محكمة الاستئناف طرق تحسين كفاءة المحكمة وتحديد الاحتياجات من الموارد، إذ نجد أن القانون الجديد المتعلق بالتنظيم القضائي منح للجمعية العامة العديد من الصلاحيات لتحسين كفاءة المحاكم.
|b The judicial inspection process evaluates the performance of judges and court staff with the aim of identifying weaknesses and proposing solutions to improve the judicial system. Judicial oversight is supervised by the President of the Court of Cassation and the Attorney General, who are responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the courts. Additionally, the necessary resources for court administration are provided by the governmental authority represented by the Ministry of Justice. Meanwhile, the general assemblies of the courts, chaired by the President of the Primary Court or the Court of Appeal, discuss ways to improve court efficiency and identify resource needs. The new judicial organization law has granted the general assembly numerous powers to enhance court efficiency.
