|a تناولت هذه الدراسة عنوان النظرة الشرعية للزواج في الشرائع السماوية، وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في الإسهام العلمي في هذه القضية الحيوية من القضايا الاجتماعية. وهدفت الدراسة إلى تحصين الزوجين بواسطة اختلاطهما الزوجي والعفاف النفسي الذي أمرنا به الدين الحنيف. وما لها من أهمية الدراسة أن الزواج مبدئة من خلق البشر وجاءت به كل الشرائع السماوية وذلك لجعل الإنسان خليفة الله في الأرض. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها أن الله سبحانه وتعالى ميز النوع الإنساني من بين مخلوقاته لخلافته في الأرض ليعمر الكون بالعلم والعمل. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات أهمها اتفق علماء المذاهب الإسلامية أن الزواج ما هو إلا من عند الله تعالى واختاره في الأرض لهذه المهمة والتي أساسها المودة والرحمة.
|b The study investigating marriage in the heavenly lows. The problem of the study is a scientific contribution to this vital issue of the society. The study also aimed at protecting the spouses through marriage and psychological chastity that ordered by religion. The importance of this study is that marriage began with the creation of mankind and was mentioned by all the heavenly lows in order to make man the successor of God on earth. The study results revealed that God almighty chose the human kind among his creatures to succeed him on earth and to enliven the universe with knowledge and work. The study concluded by some recommendations, the important one of them is that Islamic schools jurists have agreed that marriage is from God almighty who has chosen it on earth for this mission, that is based of affection and mercy.
