|a يعد استخدام العمليات العشوائية في توصيف بعض مراحل المرض وقياس الحالة الصحية في المجتمع من الأساليب الإحصائية الهامة في تقدير معالم النموذج وإمكانية تقدير أثر التدخلات الطبية على الحالة الصحية في المجتمع وقياس التفاعل بين أكثر من حالة مرضية باستخدام دالة رياضية مناسبة لتمثيل هذا التفاعل والعمل على تقديرها بالاعتماد على الخبرة الطبية والتوزيعات الإحصائية المناسبة وقد اقترح الباحث نموذج عشوائي يعبر عن مرضيين غير مستقلين (سرطان الرئة وسرطان المثانة)، حيث تم صياغة معدلات الانتقال كدالة في العمر عند ظهور المرض بالإضافة إلى الوقت المستغرق في مرحلة الإصابة بالمرض وذلك لتقدير احتمال انتقال شخص مصاب (بسرطان الرئة) إلى مرحلة الإصابة بسرطان المثانة (χ) λ₁ومن ثم تقدير احتمال انتقال الشخص المصاب بسرطان المثانة إلى مرحلة الوفاة (χ) λ₂وبالتالي باستخدام المعالم المقدرة نستطيع بناء جداول الحياة متعددة الأبعاد التي تضم عدد الأصحاء وعدد المرضى في مرحلة نمو الورم بالإضافة إلى عدد الوفيات الكلي وعدد الوفيات الناشئ عن المرض موضوع الدراسة.
|b The use of random processes in characterizing some stages of the disease and measuring the health status in the community is one of the important statistical methods in estimating the parameters of the model and the possibility of estimating the impact of medical interventions on the health status in the community and measuring the interaction between more than one pathological condition using an appropriate mathematical function to represent this interaction and working to estimate it based on medical experience and appropriate statistical distributions. The researcher proposed a random model that expresses two non-independent patients (Lung cancer and Bladder cancer), where transmission rates were formulated as a function of the age at disease onset in addition to the time taken in the stage of disease in order to estimate the probability of a person with lung cancer moving to the stage of bladder cancer (χ) λ₁ and then estimating the probability of a person with bladder cancer moving to the stage of death (χ) λ₂. Thus, by using the estimated parameters, we can build multidimensional life tables that include the number of healthy people, the number of patients in the stage of tumor growth, in addition to the total number of deaths and the number of deaths arising from the disease under study.
