|a هدفت الدراسة إلى وصف إمكانية المساهمة في استشراف جودة البرامج الاجتماعية بدور الرعاية الاجتماعية لكبار السن في المملكة العربية السعودية، وتنتمي إلى نوع الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية، من المسح الاجتماعي بطريقة العينة العمدية بحجم (۸۹) مفردة، باستخدام أداة الاستبانة الإلكترونية طبقت على العاملين والعاملات بدور الرعاية الاجتماعية لكبار السن، وتوصلت إلى مجموعة من النتائج، كان أبرزها: وجود اختلافات في المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات بالنسبة للشروط الواجب توافرها عند تصميم البرامج الاجتماعية لكبار السن في المملكة العربية السعودية، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاعتبارات الأساسية عند تنفيذ البرامج الاجتماعية لكبار السن ومتغيرات (النوع/ دور الرعاية الاجتماعية لكبار السن حسب المنطقة/ الدرجة الوظيفية/ عدد سنوات الخبرة/ الحصول على دورات تدريبية مرتبطة بالبرامج الاجتماعية عند العمل مع كبار السن)، عند (ف) الجدولية (86، 2، 2، 0.05) وعند (ف) الجدولية (86، 2، 0.01)، بينما وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأسس التي يقوم عليها تقويم البرامج الاجتماعية لكبار السن ومعايير جودة تلك البرامج، عند (ف) الجدولية (54، 2، 2، 0.05) وعند (ف) الجدولية (54، 2، 0.01)، علاوة على وجود اختلافات في المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات بالنسبة للآليات المقترحة لمواجهة معوقات جودة البرامج الاجتماعية لكبار السن في المملكة.
|b The study aimed to describe the possibility of contributing to anticipating the quality of social programs in social care homes for the elderly in KSA, It belongs to the type of analytical descriptive studies, through the social survey approach using a deliberate sample size of (89) individuals, using an electronic questionnaire tool that was applied. On male and female workers in social care homes for the elderly, and reached a set of results, the most prominent of which was: the presence of differences in the arithmetic means and deviations regarding the conditions that must be met when designing elderly social programs in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as the study found. There are no statistically significant differences between the basic considerations when implementing elderly social programs and the variables (type/social care role for the elderly by region/job grade/number of years of experience/obtaining training courses related to social programs when working with the elderly), At (F) tabular (86, 2, 2, 0.05) and at (F) tabular (86, 2, 0.01), while statistically significant differences were found between the foundations upon which the evaluation of elderly social programs is based and the quality standards of those programs, At (F) tabular (54, 2, 2, 0.05) and at (F) tabular (54, 2, 0.01), in addition to the presence of differences in the arithmetic means and deviations for the proposed mechanisms to confront obstacles social programs' quality to the elderly in Kingdom.
