المستخلص: تناول البحث موضوع دور الصناديق الاستثمارية الوقفية في تنمية الأوقاف (دراسة تطبيقية على الصندوق الاستثماري الوقفي لجمعية إنسان). في محاولة لاستقراء واقع هذه الصناديق ومدى الحاجة إليها ونتائجها، وقد هدف البحث إلى الوقوف على تجربة صندوق جمعية إنسان بالمملكة العربية السعودية في هذا الخصوص، واشتمل على تمهيد ومبحثين: تناول التمهيد الجانب النظري لموضوع الدراسة من حيث مفهوم الوقف وأهميته ونشأته في المملكة العربية السعودية. تناول المبحث الأول ماهية الصناديق الاستثمارية الوقفية، ونشأتها، وأهميتها. فيما تناول المبحث الثاني الجانب التطبيقي لموضوع الدراسة في المملكة العربية السعودية. استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي والمنهج الاستقرائي، وتوصل إلى عدة نتائج، أهمها: تتميز الصناديق الاستثمارية الوقفية بتنوع استثماراتها وبالتالي تنوع مخاطرها، وسهولة الاشتراك فيها، بالإضافة إلى وجود إدارة متخصصة تنفذ عملياتها، كما توصل البحث إلى أن حجم الصندوق الوقفي في إنسان ازداد منذ إطلاقه بنسبة 60%، وتعتبر هذه النسبة معقولة مقارنة بالعمر الزمني. وأوصى البحث بالتوسع في مثل هذه الصناديق الاستثمارية الوقفية لأثرها المتعدي على المجتمع ومساهمتها في تحقيق الاستدامة المالية، وتأسيس منصة تقنية تساهم في معرفة أداء الصناديق الاستثمارية الوقفية لرفع الحوكمة والتنافس بين مدراء الصناديق لتحقيق أعلى أداء ممكن بما يتوافق مع طبيعة الوقف.

Development of endowments (an applied study on the endowment investment fund of the Human Association). In an attempt to extrapolate the reality of these funds and the extent of their need and results, the research aimed to stand on the experience of the Human Association Fund in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in this regard, where the research included two sections: An introductory study that dealt with the theoretical aspect of the subject of the study in terms of the concept of endowment, its importance and its origin in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The first section went deeper by mentioning the nature of endowment investment funds, their origin, and their importance. The second topic has been related to the applied aspect of the subject of study in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The research used the descriptive approach and the inductive approach, and reached several results, the most important of which are: Endowment investment funds are characterized by the diversity of their investments and thus the diversity of their risks, and the ease of participation in them, in addition to the presence of a specialized department that implements its process, and the research also found that the size of the endowment fund in a human being has increased since its launch by 60%, and this percentage is reasonable compared to the chronological age. The research recommended the expansion of such endowment investment funds for their transgressive impact on society and their contribution to achieving financial sustainability, and the establishment of a technical platform that contributes to knowing the performance of endowment investment funds to raise governance and competition among fund managers to achieve the highest possible performance in line with the nature of the endowment.
