|a هدفت الدراسة إلى تصميم نموذج مقترح لنظام مراقبة يتسق وطبيعة، وخصائص المصارف الإسلامية، وذلك من خلال الإجابة عن السؤال الرئيس: ما التصور المقترح للبنك المركزي السعودي لاستحداث نظام رقابي وأشرافي خاص بالمصارف الإسلامية؟ للوصول إلى تحقيق هدفها الرئيس: بناء نموذج مقترح لتصميم نظام إشراف ورقابة خاص بالمصارف الإسلامية العاملة في القطاع المصرفي السعودي، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الاستنباطي، والاستقرائي. وتعتبر الدراسة قيامها بصيغة نموذج مقترح للرقابة والإشراف من قبل البنك المركزي السعوي على المصارف الإسلامية قابل للتطبيق في ظل الحراك الذي تشهده المملكة الناجم عن رؤية 2030 أهم نتيجة تتوخى الوصول إليها.
|b The study aimed to design a proposed model for a system of regulation and supervision of Islamic banks that is consistent with the characteristics and nature of its work, by answering the main question: What is the proposed vision for the Saudi Central Bank to create an appropriate regulatory and supervisory regime for Islamic banks? To accomplish its main goal represented in establishing a proposed model for designing a supervision and regulation system for Islamic banks operating in the Saudi banking sector. The study used the deductive and inductive approaches to achieve its main goal. The study considers its construction of a proposed model that enables the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia to reach the formulation of a system of supervision and control of Islamic banks, the most important result that has been reached.
