المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مدى فاعلية السياسة الخارجية الجزائرية في تعزيز الوحدة الوطنية الفلسطينية، والتعرف على توجهاتها إزاء تعزيز الوحدة بين القوى والأحزاب الفلسطينية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدت الدراسة على تحليل أداتي جمع البيانات (الاستبانة، والمقابلة) حيث أعدت الدراسة خلال شهر ماي/ أيار 2024م، وقد اعتمد الإطار التحليلي للدراسة على الإطار النظري، والدراسات السابقة، التي تعتمد على توجهات السياسة الخارجية للدولة، ومفاهيمها، التي تترجم عمليا وفق السلوك، والممارسة بما يحقق أهداف البيئة الخارجية، والتعريف الإجرائي للسياسة الخارجية الجزائرية. وقد أظهرت النتيجة الرئيسة وجود ارتفاع في مدى فاعلية السياسة الخارجية الجزائرية إزاء تعزيز الوحدة الوطنية الفلسطينية، حيث بلغت الدرجة الكلية (4.36) حسب معيار التقويم الذي يمثل بأعلى درجة من (5)، وقد تراوحت المتوسطات الحسابية ما بين (3.20) إلى (4.52) ، وقد تشابهت الدرجة المعيارية في التقويم عند استخدام السياسة الخارجية الجزائرية لتقنيات الواقع المعزز وتوظيفه في تعزيز الوحدة الوطنية الفلسطينية على سبيل المثال، استخدام الدبلوماسية، وتعميق الحوار الوطني، واستضافة اللقاءات والمؤتمرات ودعم الشرعية، والحشد الدولي، بدلالة المتوسط الحسابي الذي بلغ (4.20). أما عن أهدافها، فقد استنتجت الدراسة بأنها واضحة تماما تجاه قضية الوحدة الوطنية الفلسطينية، حيث بلغت نسبتها المئوية 92.9%، في حين مستوى الإنجاز المحقق منها فقد بلغ نحو 50%. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة يوصي الباحث السياسة الخارجية الجزائرية بضرورة تصميم سياسات استراتيجية مخطط لها تتصف بالاستمرارية، لجعلها الفاعل الأقوى في معالجة الأزمات العربية، وقضية الوحدة الوطنية الفلسطينية على وجه الخصوص، وكذلك ضرورة التوجه نحو آليات فاعلة أخرى من شأنها أن تعزز بناء الثقة بين القوى والأحزاب الفلسطينية، وترسيخ ثقافة الاختلاف، إضافة إلى إشراك دولا عربية فاعلة لتحقيق الأهداف، للضغط على الأطراف الحزبية الفلسطينية لتحقيق وحدتها الوطنية، كما يوصي الباحث بضرورة إجراء دراسات مسحية للقوى والأحزاب الفلسطينية للكشف عن أسباب ضعف البنية السياسية تجاه تعزيز الوحدة الوطنية، للوقوف على آليات فاعلة من شأنها تعزز الوحدة الوطنية الفلسطينية.

This study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of Algerian foreign policy in strengthening Palestinian national unity, and to identify its trends towards strengthening unity between Palestinian forces and parties. To achieve this goal, the study relied on the analysis of two data collection tools: (questionnaire and interview), as the study was prepared during the month of May. / May 2024 AD. The analytical framework of the study was based on the theoretical framework and previous studies, which depend on the state's foreign policy orientations and concepts, which are translated practically according to behavior and practice in order to achieve the objectives of the external environment, and the procedural definition of Algerian foreign policy. The main result showed an increase in the effectiveness of Algerian foreign policy towards strengthening Palestinian national unity, as the total score reached (4.36) according to the evaluation criterion, which represents the highest score out of (5), and the arithmetic averages ranged from (3.20) to (4.52). The standard score in the evaluation was similar when Algerian foreign policy used augmented reality technologies and employed it in strengthening Palestinian national unity, for example, using diplomacy, deepening national dialogue, hosting meetings and conferences, supporting legitimacy, and international mobilization, as indicated by the arithmetic mean, which reached (4.20). As for its objectives, the study concluded that they are completely clear regarding the issue of Palestinian national unity, as their percentage reached 92.9%, while the level of achievement achieved reached about 50%. In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommends to Algerian foreign policy the need to design planned strategic policies that are characterized by continuity, to make it the strongest actor in addressing the Arab crises, and the issue of Palestinian national unity in particular, as well as the need to move towards other effective mechanisms that would enhance the building of confidence between the forces and parties. The Palestinian Authority, and consolidating the culture of difference, in addition to involving effective Arab countries to achieve the goals, to put pressure on the Palestinian party parties to achieve their national unity. The researcher also recommends the necessity of conducting survey studies of the Palestinian forces and parties to reveal the reasons for the weakness of the political structure towards strengthening national unity, to identify effective mechanisms for It would strengthen Palestinian national unity.
