|a جمع هذا البحث الأحاديث والآثار المسندة عن الصحابيات في كتاب الحج والعمرة من الكتب التسعة مرتبة ترتيباً فقهياً، مع ذكر تراجم مختصرة لهذه الأحاديث تبين المقصود منها، وقد بلغ مجموع الأحاديث تسعة وثمانين حديثاً؛ مما يبرز دور النساء في حفظ الشريعة، المتمثل في حفظ المناسك عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وروايتها، وكشف اللبس الذي يقع لدى بعض الصحابة في أمور الحج والعمرة، كما أن لهن اجتهادهن المبني على فهم نصوص الشريعة في بعض المسائل التي اختلف فيها الصحابة رضي الله عنهم أجمعين، وكان لهم دور في توجيه التابعيات اللاتي تلقين العلم من الصحابيات، والمسند يسهل على الباحثين دراسة الأحكام التي تخص النساء في الحج، إضافة إلى أحكام الحج الأخرى، ويُمكن التربويين من استقاء اللطائف التربوية من المواقف النبوية تجاه المرأة في الحج، ويدعو البحث إلى بذل الجهد في جمع مسانيد الصحابيات في أبواب الفقه الأخرى لا سيما في الجوانب التي تخص النساء.
|b This research collected the hadiths and traces attributed to female Companions in the book Hajj and Umrah from the nine books, arranged in jurisprudential order, with brief biographies of these hadiths clarifying their meaning. The total number of hadiths was eighty-eight hadiths. This highlights the role of women in preserving Sharia, represented in conserving and narrating the rituals from the messenger of Allah (PBUH), as well as clarifying the doubts that befall some Companions in issues of Hajj and Umrah. In addition, they had their Ijtihad that is based on comprehending Sharia's texts in some issues differed on by the Companions (may Allah be pleased on them all). Besides, they had a role in guiding the female Underlings who received knowledge from female Companions. The Musnad facilitates to researchers the study of the rulings that pertain to women during Hajj, in addition to other Hajj rulings. Educationalists can take the Educational delicacies from the prophetic stances towards women in Hajj. The research calls for making an effort to collect the Musnads of female Companions in other chapters of jurisprudence, especially in the aspects that pertain to women.
