|a من خصائص الشريعة المحمدية: شموليتها في تشريعاتها، وبناء التصورات الصحيحة للعبد في جميع جوانب الحياة، ومن ذلك بيان التعامل الصحيح مع المصطلحات والألفاظ الموهمة؛ فالأصل في المصطلح أنه محمل بالمعاني، سواء كانت إيجابية تدعو إلى الفضيلة والحق، أو سلبية تحمل معاني وتصورات تتعارض مع المنهج الإسلامي، ومن ثم كانت هذه الدراسة في إبراز مفهوم المصطلح وأهميته ووظائفه، ثم بيان معالم تعامل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم معه، من خلال استقراء النصوص في ذلك، وقد تحددت معالمه في ثلاث ركائز، أولاها: ضبط معاني بعض المصطلحات، ومفاهيمها. وثانيها: التوظيف الإيجابي لبعض المصطلحات بإضافة مضامين جديدة لها، وثالثها: النهي عن استعمال بعض المصطلحات والتحذير منها، وهي نتائج البحث في هذا المنهج.
|b Among the characteristics of the Muhammadian Sharia: its comprehensiveness in its legislation and building correct perceptions for the servant in all aspects of life, including clarifying the right dealing with terms and words that have multiple meanings. The origin of the term is that it is loaded with meanings, whether positive - calling for virtue and truth, or negative - carrying meanings and perceptions that disagree with the Islamic approach. Thus, this study was to highlight the concept of the term, its importance and functions, then to clarify the features of the Prophet's dealings with it, by extrapolating the texts in this regard. Its features were determined in three pillars, the first: controlling the meanings of some terms and their concepts; the second: the positive employment of some terms by adding new implications to them; and the third: prohibiting the use of some terms and warning against them, and these are the results of the research in this approach.
