|a تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على جهود المبذولة من الدولة المصرية في تعزيز الاقتصاد الأخضر، والذي أصبح متطلب رئيسي في الساحة الدولية، وذلك لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة ولمكافحة التغير المناخي الذي أصبح يشكل تهديد على امنها وسلامة أراضيها. وقد توصلت الدراسة بعد استقراء الأدبيات المتعلقة بالاقتصاد الأخضر وضرورة التحول له لأسباب بيئية واقتصادية ومن خلال تحليل القرارات المتخذة من الحكومة المصرية سواء على المستوى الإقليمي أو الدولي أن الدولة المصرية خطت خطوات واسعة في مجال مكافحة التغير المناخي وذلك عن طريق تحول اقتصادها إلى اقتصاد اخضر مستدام، لتكون من الدول المتقدمة التي تقوم بتحضير خطة استثمارية خضراء ووضعها كهدف استراتيجي لها.
|b The study aims to identify the efforts made by the Egyptian state in promoting the green economy, which has become a major requirement in the international arena, to achieve sustainable development goals and to combat climate change, which has become a threat to its security and territorial integrity. The study concluded, after extrapolating the literature related to the green economy and the necessity of converting to it for environmental and economic reasons, and through analyzing the decisions taken by the Egyptian government, whether at the regional or international level, that the Egyptian state has made great strides in the field of combating climate change by transforming its economy into a sustainable green economy. To be one of the developed countries that is preparing a green investment plan and setting it as a strategic goal.
