|a قمت في هذا البحث بدراسة وتحقيق لهذا المخطوط، وهو في الفقه الحنفي، وذلك بعد حصولي على نسختين منه، وما تبين لي من أهميته، حيث ذكر فيه المؤلف عدداً من المسائل المهمة المتعلقة بصلاة المسافر، وما تفرع عنها، معتمداً في ذلك على ما ذكره فقهاء الحنفية فيها، مع نقله لعدد من نصوصهم المتفرقة بين كتب المذهب، وجمعها في هذا المخطوط النفيس. وقد قسمت البحث إلى مقدمة، وهي مشتملة على الافتتاحية، وأسباب اختيار تحقيق المخطوط، والدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث ومنهج التحقيق. ثم الفصل الأول: وهو قسم الدراسة، وجعلته من مبحثين، الأول: التعريف بالمؤلف باختصار، والثاني: التعريف بالمخطوط، ثم الفصل الثاني: النص المحقق، وهو مخطوط: الروض الزاهي الزاهر في أحكام صلاة المسافر.
|b In this research, I studied and investigated this manuscript, which is in Hanafi jurisprudence, after obtaining two copies of it, and what became clear to me of its importance, as the author mentioned in it a number of important issues related to the traveler's prayer, and what branched out from it, relying on what the Hanafi jurists mentioned in it, with his transfer of a number of their texts scattered among the books of the school, and collecting them in this precious manuscript. I divided the research into: Introduction, which includes: the opening, the reasons for choosing to investigate the manuscript, previous studies, the research plan, and the investigation method. Then the first chapter: which is the study section, and I made it into two topics, the first: a brief intro-duction to the author, and the second: an introduction to the manuscript, then the second chapter: the investigated text, which is the manuscript: Al-Rawd Al-Zahi Al-Zahir fi Ahkam Salat Al-Musafir.
