|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر تغيرات سعر الصرف على أرصدة ميزان المدفوعات في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة (2014- 2021)، وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي في تحديد المفاهيم والأسس النظرية لمتغيرات الدراسة، والمنهج التحليلي الاستقرائي لتحليل طبيعة العلاقة الموجودة بينما، وقد توصلنا إلى أن أثر التغير في سعر صرف الدينار له دور في التأثير الضعيف على بعض حسابات ميزان المدفوعات على المدى القصير بشكل عام، ما أدى بنا إلى استنتاج بضرورة تبني سياسة سعر صرف قوية وفعالة لضمان الاستقرار في أسعار صرف الدينار في الجزائر.
|b This study aims to analyze the impact of exchange rate changes on balance of payments balances in Algeria during the extended period. (2014- 2021), using the descriptive approach in defining concepts and theoretical foundations of study variables, The inductive analytical approach is to analyze the nature of the relationship while, having concluded that the effect of the change in the dinar exchange rate has a role in the weak impact on some balance of payments accounts in the short term in general, This has led us to conclude that a strong and effective exchange rate policy is necessary to ensure the stability of dinar exchange rates in Algeria.
