المستخلص: Today, the logistics integration of shipping companies with service providers seems to improve maritime performance. The objective of this work is to analyze the prospects for logistics integration of the port of Ghazaouet Tlemcen. This work aims to analyze the critical points and challenges expected from the logistics integration of the port of Ghazaouet. To do this, an explanatory survey of 60 questionnaires collected. Using factorial and structural methods, four critical items were identified. The use of statistical methods, including factorial analysis, made it possible to identify four factors of integration results, namely information technology, connectivity, port costs and organization.
