|a لقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسة الناشئة تعتبر من الرهانات المهمة للدولة الجزائرية لتطوير اقتصادها والهام وتشجيع فئة من الشباب المبدعين لتحقيق النمو المستدام من خلال تعزيز الروح التنافس. ويتجلى حجم رهان الحكومة الجزائرية وثقتها في الطرح المسبق للصندوق السيادي، والذي اعتبر استراتيجيا وأساسيا لمساعدة المؤسسات النامية. ويُنظر إلى ذلك على أنه البديل الأمثل للمؤسسات القائمة في وقت تتراجع فيه فعالية المؤسسة الاقتصادية ويتزايد بشكل كبير عدد المستثمرين الأجانب الراغبين في تحرير الاقتصاد الوطني الذي يعتمد بشكل كبير على الإيرادات العائدة من المحروقات الذي سجل نسبا مرتفعة. ومن أجل ضمان التقدم، يعتبر هذا من الأمور المناسبة للمؤسسات الناشئة بالجزائري المنشأة حديثا وكذا رجال ورواد الأعمال ورهان على اقتصاد البلاد. وبلوغ الآفاق الاقتصادية وتوفير مناصب عمل للشباب البطال.
|b The study found that the emerging enterprise is considered one of the important bets for the Algerian state to develop its economy and inspire and encourage a group of creative young people to achieve sustainable growth by enhancing the competitive spirit.
