The current study aims at revealing how much digitalization can be a mechanism to improve the operational efficiency in Al Salam Bank, by analyzing the principal efficiency indexes and their relationship to digital developments that happened in Al Salam Bank during the period of 2015-2022. The study concluded many findings, the important of which is that the more Al Salam Bank adopts digital technologies the more efficiency increases in achieving profits and controlling the costs components related to the activity of the bank, by and large the efficiency may also be improved through improving the clients experience and the internal operations competency. |
