|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى المرونة النفسية والأمن النفسي لدى طلبة كلية التربية الأساسية في دولة الكويت، والكشف عن العلاقة بين المرونة النفسية والأمن النفسي، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، واشتملت الأدوات على مقياسي المرونة النفسية والأمن النفسي، وتألفت العينة من (706) طلاب وطالبات في كلية التربية الأساسية. وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن المرونة النفسية ككل جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة، وجاءت جميع المجالات (الانفعالي، العقلي، الاجتماعي) بدرجة مرتفعة أيضا، وأن الأمن النفسي ككل جاء بدرجة متوسطة لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول المرونة النفسية ككل وجميع المجالات (الانفعالي، العقلي، الاجتماعي) وفقا لمتغيرات النوع والتخصص والمعدل التراكمي، ووجود فروق حول المرونة النفسية ككل، والمجال العقلي، والمجال الاجتماعي وفقا لمتغير السنة الدراسية بينما لا توجد فروق حول المجال الانفعالي. وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق حول الأمن النفسي ككل تعزى لمتغيرات النوع والسنة الدراسة والمعدل التراكمي، بينما توجد فروق تعزى لمتغير التخصص. وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية متوسطة بين الدرجة الكلية للمرونة النفسية والدرجة الكلية للأمن النفسي.
|b The study aimed to identify the level of psychological flexibility and psychological security among students of the College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait, and to reveal the relationship between psychological flexibility and psychological security. The descriptive correlational approach was used, and the tools included two scales of psychological flexibility and psychological security, the sample consisted of (706) male and female students in the College of Basic Education. The results showed that psychological flexibility as a whole was high among the study sample members, All domains (emotional, mental, and social) were also highly rated, and psychological security as a whole was rated moderately among the members of the study sample, and there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample members regarding psychological flexibility as a whole and all domains (emotional, mental, and social) according to (gender, specialization, and GPA) variables, There are differences regarding psychological flexibility as a whole, mental domain, and social domain due to academic year variable, while there are no differences regarding emotional domain. The results showed that there were no differences regarding psychological security as a whole due to (gender, academic year, and GPA) variables, while there were differences due to specialization variable. The results indicated that there is a moderate correlation between the total degree of psychological flexibility and the total degree of psychological security.
