المستخلص: في هذا البحث، تناولت موضوع "الرضاع وأحكامه الشرعية" نظراً لأهمية هذا الموضوع في تحديد العلاقات الأسرية والشرعية بدأت بتوضيح أن الله سبحانه وتعالى قد أباح نكاح بعض النساء للرجل وحرم عليه نكاح محارمه من نسب أو رضاع أو مصاهرة، وذلك تكريماً للمرأة وسمواً بمكانة الرجل. ولما كان المعنى الذي حرم من أجله المحارم من النسب وهو الجزئية متحققا في الرضاع، حرمت المرضعة وبناتها من النسب على المرتضع، حتى قال صلى الله عليه وسلم: يحرم من الرضاع ما يحرم من النسب) (¹). اخترت هذا الموضوع بسبب تجربتي الشخصية في إرضاع طفل غير طفلي، مما دفعني للبحث في الأحكام الشرعية المتعلقة بهذا الرضاع وعلاقته بأفراد أسرتي نظراً لأن الرضاع يتعلق بالحلال والحرام، كان من الضروري التحقق من الأحكام الشرعية بدقة. اتبعت في هذا البحث منهج البحث العلمي الحديث، حيث قمت بتخريج الآيات وعزو الأحاديث، وتتبعت أقوال العلماء من كتبهم الأصلية أو شروحها. عرضت أقوال العلماء على مختلف المذاهب وذكرت أدلتهم، ثم رجحت ما رأيته مناسباً.

In this research, I addressed the topic of “Breastfeeding and its Sharia Rulings” due to the importance of this topic in defining family and Sharia relations. I began by explaining that Allah Almighty has permitted a man to marry some women and has forbidden him to marry his relatives by blood, breastfeeding, or marriage, in order to honor women and elevate the status of men. Since the meaning for which relatives by blood are forbidden- which is partiality- is realized in breastfeeding, the wet nurse and her daughters by blood are forbidden to the breastfed, so the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: (Breastfeeding prohibits what is forbidden by blood). I chose this topic because of my personal experience in breastfeeding a child other than my own, which prompted me to research the Sharia rulings related to this breastfeeding and its relationship with my family members. Since breastfeeding is related to what is permissible and forbidden, it was necessary to verify the Sharia rulings accurately. In this research, I followed the modern scientific research method, where I graduated the verses and attributed the hadiths, and followed the statements of scholars from their original books or their explanations. I presented the statements of scholars on different schools of thought and mentioned their evidence, then I preferred what I saw as appropriate. In conclusion, I expressed my thanks and gratitude to my professor Dr. Hashim Jamil Abdullah, who had the great merit of guiding and teaching me, which helped me to complete this research successfully. I ask Allah to make this work in the balance of our good deeds and benefit those after us through it.
