|a يعالج هذا المقال فكرة أساسية مفادها القضية الصحراء المغربية التي تعتبر القضية الوطنية الأولى، التي أسالت مداد أقلام الكثير من الباحثين كما حظيت هذه القضية بالرعاية السامية من قبل الملك الراحل الحسن الثاني واستمر هذا الاهتمام في ظل العاهل محمد السادس وباقي الجهات الرسمية المغربية جاعلين منها الحق التاريخي والقانوني، ولمقاربة هذا الموضوع المعنون ب: مسار تطور قضية الصحراء بين الروابط التاريخية والاعتراف الدولي، حاولنا تحليله من خلال وضع إشكالية رئيسية متجلية في، مدى مساهمة الشرعية التاريخية والمشروعية الدولية في ترشيخ مبدأ الصحراء المغربية ولصبر أغوار هذا الموضوع بالدراسة والتحليل اعتمدنا التقسيم الثنائي بحيث ناقشنا في المحور الأول الروابط التاريخية المغربية الصحراء، تم في المحور الثاني مغربية الصحراء الاعتراف الأمريكي أنموذجا.
|b This article addresses a basic idea: the Moroccan Sahara issue, which is considered the first national issue, which has drawn the pens of many researchers. This issue also received the high patronage of the late King Hassan II, and this interest continued under King Mohammed VI and the rest of the Moroccan official authorities, making it a historical right. And legal, and to approach this topic entitled: The path of development of the Sahara issue between historical ties and international recognition, we tried to analyze it by developing a main problem manifested in, the extent to which historical legitimacy and international legitimacy contribute to the consolidation of the principle of the Moroccan Sahara, In order to study and analyze this topic patiently, we adopted a dichotomous division, so that in the first axis we discussed the historical ties to the Moroccanity of the Sahara, and in the second axis we discussed the Moroccanity of the Sahara: American recognition as a model.
