|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على مسار الانتقال إلى الاقتصاد الأخضر في الجزائر، من خلال التعرض إلى الإطار المفاهيمي للاقتصاد الأخضر ومختلف أوجه الاختلاف بينه وبين الاقتصاد البني، ثم تسليط الضوء على التجربة الجزائرية في تبني آليات دعم عملية الانتقال، مبرزين مختلف الإنجازات المحققة والتحديات التي تواجهها، وذلك اعتمادا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتوصلنا إلى أن الجزائر قد بذلت جهودا معتبرة في مسار الانتقال إلى الاقتصاد الأخضر من خلال اعتماد استراتيجيات متنوعة وتمويل برامج هادفة، تجسدت في إنجاز عدة مشاريع خضراء، إلا أنها لا تزال تعاني من عدة تحديات بيئية اقتصادية واجتماعية.
|b This research aims to identify the path of transition to a green economy in Algeria, through exposure the conceptual framewok of the green economy and the differences between it and the brown economy, then highlighting the Algerian experience in adopting mechanism to support the transition, especially achievements and challenges, based on the descriptive analytical approach. We concluded that Algeria has made significant efforts to transition to a green economy, by adopting diverse strategies and funding targeted programs, it was embodied in the completion of several green projects. However, it is still suffers from several environmental, economic, and social challenges.
