|a تهدف الدراسة إلى محاولة معرفة واقع استدامة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ومدى أهميتها ومساهمتها في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2010 إلى غاية 2022، وذلك من خلال دراسة دورها في الزيادة في الناتج الداخلي الخام والقيمة المضافة خارج قطاع المحروقات بالإضافة إلى مساهمتها في توفير فرص العمل. وخلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أنه على الرغم من مساهمة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية إلا أنها لا تزال تواجه العديد من الصعوبات التي تعيق عملها ونموها واستمراريتها وعليه يتوجب على الجهات المعنية تبني استراتيجيات تنموية تهدف إلى النهوض بهذا القطاع وإحياء ديناميكيته.
|b Study aims to try to know the reality of the sustainability of small and medium enterprises and the extent of their importance and contribution to achieving economic and social development during the period from 2010 to 2022, and this is through studying their role in increasing the gross domestic product and added value outside the hydrocarbon sector, in addition to their contribution to providing jobs. This study concluded that despite the contribution of small and medium enterprises to achieving economic and social development, they are still facing a number of difficulties that hinder their work, growth and continuity. Accordingly, the authorities must adopt development strategies aimed at promoting this sector and reviving its dynamism.
