|a يهدف هذا المقال إلى الكشف عن التفاعلات المعقدة بين العوامل البيولوجية والنفسية والاجتماعية، في إطار ما يعرف بالوراثة اللاجينية. حيث يسعى إلى تبيان دور العوامل النفسية والبيئية في الإصابة أو الوقاية من مرض السرطان، وذلك بالتركيز على تأثيرات الأنماط الغذائية غير الصحية والأساليب اللاتكفية في التعامل مع التحديات اليومية على الصحة العامة، من خلال التركيز على محورين أساسيين في تحديد معالم الصحة والمرض وهما: المحور ما تحت المهادي- النخامي- الكظري "HPA" والمحور المعوي المناعي- الدماغي. ومن خلال فهم هذه التفاعلات المعقدة، يمكن تطوير استراتيجيات وقائية لتحسين الصحة العامة والوقاية من الإصابة بالسرطان.
|b This article aims to uncover the complex interactions between biological, psychological, and social factors within the framework of epigenetics. It seeks to elucidate the role of psychological and environmental factors in either predisposing to or protecting against cancer, focusing on the impact of unhealthy dietary patterns and maladaptive coping mechanisms with daily challenges on public health. The article also emphasizes two fundamental axes in delineating the features of health and disease: the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis and the Gut-immune-brain axis. By understanding these intricate interactions, preventive strategies can be developed to improve public health and prevent cancer.
