المستخلص: فهذا بحث عن الروايات الفقهية في مذهب الإمام أحمد التي حكي الإجماع على خلافها- مسائل مختارة من كتاب العبادات-، جعلته في تمهيد، وتكلمت فيه عن منزلة دليل الإجماع في مذهب الإمام أحمد- رحمه الله-، وسبعة مطالب، والمطلب الأول تكلمت فيه عن الإجماع المحكي في مسألة التسليمة الثانية في الفرض والنفل، ثم تكلمت في المطلب الثاني عن الإجماع المحكي في مسألة فيمن دخل عليه وقت الصلاة، ثم سافر، فهل يتم أو يقصر؟، ثم تكلمت في المطلب الثالث عن الإجماع المحكي في مسألة تكرار الجماع في نهار رمضان، ثم تكلمت في المطلب الرابع عن الإجماع المحكي في مسألة البيع والشراء في المسجد، ثم تكلمت في المطلب الخامس عن الإجماع المحكي في مسألة الجمع للحاج المكي في مكة، ثم تكلمت في المطلب السادس عن الإجماع المحكي في مسألة وقت الوقوف بعرفة، ثم تكلمت في المطلب السابع عن الإجماع المحكي في مسألة عدد ما يجزئ من الضحايا للمضحين، ثم الخاتمة، وفيها خلاصة البحث، وأهم نتائجه، ثم توصيات البحث، ثم ختمت هذا البحث بفهرس أهم المصادر والمراجع، وفهرس الموضوعات، وأسأل الله أن يجعله لكاتبه نافعا، ولقارئه مفيدا ومثريا

This research discusses the jurisprudential narrations in the school (Madhhab) of Imam Ahmad that have been reported as having consensus contrary to them- focusing on selected issues from the Book of Acts of Worship. The research is organized into an introduction and seven sections. I discuss in the introduction the position of the consensus (ijma') evidence in the school (Madhhab) of Imam Ahmad, May Allah have mercy on him. - The first section addresses the consensus reported regarding the second tasleem (salutation) in obligatory and voluntary prayers. - The second section examines the consensus reported on the issue of someone upon whom prayer time enters, then they travel-should they shorten or complete the prayer؟ - The third section explores the consensus reported on the issue of repeated sexual intercourse during the day in Ramadan. - The fourth section delves into the consensus reported on the issue of buying and selling in the mosque. - The fifth section looks at the consensus reported regarding the combining of prayers for pilgrims from Mecca while in Mecca. - The sixth section discusses the consensus reported on the time of standing at Arafat Mountain. - The seventh section addresses the consensus reported on the number of sacrifices that suffice for the one offering a sacrifice. The conclusion includes a summary of the research, its key findings, and research recommendations. The research ends with an index of key sources and references, and a table of contents. I ask Allah to make this work beneficial for its author, helpful for its readers, and enriching for all.
