|a تلقي هذه الدراسة الضوء على حكم أسرة بني طرف، حكام مخلاف عثر في تهامة، خلال الفترة التاريخية الممتدة من منتصف القرن الثالث الهجري/ التاسع الميلادي، وحتى منتصف القرن الخامس الهجري/ الحادي عشر الميلادي، مع التركيز على فترة إمارة العبدين أميري عثر، والكشف عن شخصيتيهما، وتحديد فترتهما التاريخية، وأوضاع المخلاف في عهديهما، وذلك في ضوء ما ورد من معلومات في المصادر التاريخية، والمسكوكات الإسلامية المضروبة في عثر التي تعد أهم مصدر من مصادر تاريخ هذا المخلاف خلال تلك الفترة، فقد أسهمت بدور كبير في التوصل إلى العديد من الحقائق التاريخية التي لم ترد في المصادر التاريخية الأخرى، وسلطت الضوء على تاريخ أسرة بني طرف في مخلاف عثر، من خلال ما ورد عليها من نصوص كتابية، وأسماء، وألقاب، أسهمت في الوصول إلى نتائج مهمة، تعد إضافات جديدة لتاريخ أسرة بني طرف بشكل خاص، وتاريخ مخلاف عثر، ومنطقة جازان في العصور الإسلامية بصفة عامة.
|b This study sheds light on the rule of the Banu Tarf family, the rulers of Mikhlaf Athar in Tehamh, during the historical period extending from the mid-3rd century AH / 9th century AD to the mid-5th century AH / 11th century AD. It focuses on the emirate of Al-'Abdin, the emirs of Athar, revealing their personalities, determining their historical period, and the conditions of the Mikhlaf during their reigns. These coins have significantly contributed to uncovering many historical facts not mentioned in other historical sources. They have highlighted the history of the Banu Tarf family in Mikhlaf Athar through inscriptions, names, and titles found on them, leading to important findings. These findings provide new additions to the history of the Banu Tarf family in particular and the history of Mikhlaf Athar and the Jazan region during the Islamic ages in general.
